Intermediate Project (aka "Tidepool"), taught by Alice "Bunny" Carter, expands students' knowledge of color and composition, research and rendering, and the challenge of working with a deadline. Students select a natural habitat to illustrate, and must include at least 30 species from their research material. Students also render eggs and an object from their habitat prior to the final painting.
