Shrunkenheadman Cabinet

President

The President leads the club. In addition to directing the Shrunkenheadman Cabinet, the President works as the bridge between the SJSU Animation/Illustration faculty and the club. They also coordinate the club’s four sub-committees.
Vice President

The Vice President assists the President and other cabinet members with their respective duties. They are also in charge of the Shrunkenheadman Gallery and D-Day, two annual SHM events.
Treasurer
Malaya Ongsiapco
The Treasurer oversees the money transactions and finances related to the club. They are also responsible for managing and selling club merchandise.
EVENT COORDINATOR

The Event Coordinator handles logistics for club events: they do everything from managing volunteers, to data management. The event coordinator also handles student outreach, they are a bridge between the club and the student body the club strives to support.
SECRETARY
Hannah Pirl
The Club Secretary is responsible for all things calendar and note taking! They update the hallway calendar monthly, send out a monthly newsletter to club members, take notes at all officer meetings (as needed at other events), and respond to any emails sent to the official club email address.
GRAPHIC DESIGNER

The Graphic Designer is in charge of making posters for events, creating new merchandise items, designing figure drawing cards, and any of the club’s other graphic design needs.
figure model coordinator
Andrea Oppliger - Delgado
The Figure Model Coordinator is in charge of booking models for each semester, running the figure drawing sessions, collecting payment from attendees, ensuring that the model is comfortable, and paying the model at the end of the session. In addition to hosting the weekly life drawing sessions, the coordinator is also responsible for organizing events such as Costumed, Wushu, Summer, and Winter Figure Drawing.

The librarian is in charge of managing the SHM library and hosting Library Hours as a social & study space for students. A librarian’s duty is not only to assist the other cabinet members, but also to assign photographers to all SHM events.
social media coordinator

The Social Media Coordinator runs the club’s online presence, including, but not limited to, our Instagram, Facebook Page, private Facebook group, Twitter X, YouTube, and this very website! They are in charge of scheduling club photographers, distributing photos, and keeping the community informed about club events. They also organize the Student/Alumni Spotlight Series, which consists of contacting artists, collecting artwork, conducting interviews, and creating the Spotlight graphics.
