Charity Committee is a SHM sub-committee that strives to help the community by doing fundraisers and community services. In the past few years, Charity Committee has done events such as a clothing drive, bake sale, popsicle social, and an art commission speed run, patterned after the Games Done Quick Charity Speed Run. In Feb 2018, the 24-hour Charity Committee Speed Run raised over $10,000 for The Salinas Chrildren’s Hospital.

In addition to helping the external community, Charity Committee also strives to provide support and encouragement to SHM students by holding bonding events and study sessions throughout the semester.

Photography Committee

Photography Committee helps record SHM history and the fun memories we make together. They use their composition and art skills to take photos of our events, which are posted to our social media pages.

The sHM ADvertisers

The SHM Advertiser Committee writes, films, and edits video shorts for our monthly meetings and events. The videos are made as a way to bond as a club over silly videos and provide a morale boost a few times each semester.

Decoration Committee

Decoration Committee is a SHM sub-committee that is dedicated to creating decor for SHM social events! Most notably, the committee puts their arts and crafts skills to good use by collaborating with SHM Cabinet to create various props that align with the social’s themes
